How do I get started?

Every project begins with a complimentary 20-minute virtual consultation where we connect, talk through your space, and identify where you need the most support. From there, we'll schedule either an in-person planning session — a relaxed 30-minute walkthrough where we map out the vision together — or for smaller projects, we skip straight to the good part and get right to work. Simple, personal, and always at your pace.


What is the process?

  1. Consult - Schedule your free consultation with us to talk about your space and your needs

  2. Plan - We will meet in person to walk through your space together and build a plan that is tailored to how you actually live. We’ll take measurements, gather inspiration, and talk through your style preferences and goals so every detail is intentional.

  3. Design & Prep - Once the plan is set, we will source any products and supplies needed to bring your space to life —so that when transformation day arrives, everything is ready to go!

  4. Transform - This is the good part! We clear everything out of your space, categorize, edit, and rebuild! Every label, every system, every detail is designed to make your daily life easier, calmer, and more functional.


How does billing work?

Clients will be invoiced for the hours prior to the service and payment is due in full at the start of the session. We accept cash, check, or credit cards.


What about supplies?

All organizing supplies — bins, shelving, storage containers, and any other materials needed to complete your project — are the client's responsibility to purchase. During our planning session we'll talk through your options together, and whether you want to invest in premium products or keep things budget friendly, I'll make sure every choice works beautifully for your space.


Do I need to be present during the whole process?

You're welcome to be as involved as you'd like — but after our initial walkthrough, you have full permission to hand it over and get back to your life. Who doesn’t want to come home to a newly organized space?!

That said, we do find it most helpful when clients are present at the start of each project. Typically just 30 minutes to an hour to talk through your vision, your needs, and what is no longer serving you.


Should I clean up the space before you come?
